Hi RME,
My question is this: Is there any way to set the Bit rate and Hurt rate with out the need of an app to do it for example, Fruity Loops.
Another way to say it is could I set the Bit rate and Hurt rate in the sound card contol panel.
Windows 7 32 Bit
