Topic: Adi 8 Ds Mkiii

In Cologne (Tonmeistertagung) I saw the new ADI 8 DS MKIII. Referring to the specs on the RME website its AD conversion performs even 2 dB better than ADI 8 QS, right? Impressive... Which converter chips are used here (and in the QS)?

Re: Adi 8 Ds Mkiii

Just curious, if this is now considered RME's top-of-the-line converter offering, or is the QS still superior in some way? Aaaand - is it possible you might also be bringing out a QS MK-II?

Just wondering if i should part with my money now or later wink

Best,

Re: Adi 8 Ds Mkiii

I would also like to know what is considered RME top dog converters, as well as any plans on releasing an ADI-8 QS MKII any time soon. Please RME, your fans want to know smile.
