DIGI32 PRO 24 Bit PCI Digital In/Out Card

Important Informations: Driver 3.50 for Windows 95/98

Enhancements:

Version 3.50 brings ASIO multicard support for the DIGI32 PRO.

Version 3.40 is able to handle the sharing of interrupts with other PCI devices like SCSI-controllers, network cards, graphics cards and USB. Additional support for 16 and 20 bit in 4 byte/sample mode was added.

Installation:

In case you already installed drivers from the RME Driver CD there's nothing special to do, just update the drivers as usual. But in case you are updating a version shipped on floppy disk, or downloaded from our webpage earlier, we recommend to proceed as follows:

- Deinstall all DIGI drivers. Highlight the card in the Device Manager and choose 'Remove'.

- Delete all old RME installation scripts. Windows 95/98 puts a copy of our audio322.inf into the directory Windows/Inf/Other. There you will find several or at least one RMEaudioxxx.inf files, that have to be deleted. Else Windows 95/98 will ignore the new script in the driver update package and automatically use the old one.

- Click on 'Refresh'. Windows finds the DIGI's but will not install them. Point to the directory where this driver update packages resides to finish the installation.
